Late lyme stage arthritis

if my wife has got a lot of late lyme stage arthritis symptoms ( neck, shoulder, back, right hip, fingers of both hands, elbows, right knee ) - back and spine of my wife are constantly burning - but had already before a spine arthrosis in connection with hyperlordosis for more than ten years, what could be the result ? If the borrelia is also already nesting in her spine, then there is a double increasing effect. What does it mean for my wife, if simultaneously arthritis and arthrosis are attacking her spine or spinal cord ?

so many experts here on this very good webpage with lyme disease, but no one with simultaneous arthrosis problems ?
My wife has got already since around ten years a spondylarthrosis ( facet joints lumbar arthrosis ) combined
with a hyperlordosis, means a false back position. Sometimes she's wearing a back brace for back support reasons.
I am asking me, if the borrelia is also already nesting in the joints in her spine or attacking her spinal cord - the back problems and pain is always there and increasing last months - whether this could not have serious consequences like paralysis ?!

In addition since 12 years my wife has got a hashimoto what is a thyroid underfunction with some symptoms like fatigue and unwillingness like in lyme disease. This could also have in connection with lyme disease a double effect of symtoms ? OK, in any case she's taking L Thyroxina 100 what is bringing her thyroid underfuntion and tsh basal values in a normal position
