I can't log in, my password won't work.

Someone sent me a private message that I can't access unless I log in.
I want to respond and don't want this person to think I am ignoring her. Can someone help? I've contacted admin, but not getting a reply. I am BuffyFan over there.

Someone else posted on this forum a couple days ago that the lament site was under investigation? You can do a search for that thread.
