Yes, according to Buhner all of his herbs can be taken together. We divide the doses into 3 and dose 3 times daily (8am, 3pm, 10pm) to keep blood concentrations constant. We dose probiotics 2 hours away from the 3pm dose (ie at 5 or 6pm).
If I was you I would start gradually, introducing a small amount (and I mean 3 to 5 drops) of each herb, one at a time, keeping the dose constant for a week or so before adding the next. Work up to using all the herbs at very low dose before you try increasing them (one at a time) again. This is the only way to find out your tolerance for each herb. Your responses to additional herbs when added to a mixture of other herbs will differ from your response to using only the single herb.
We are still working our way up on the babesia herbs, and now can only handle 1 drop 1x daily of bidens consistently with everything else we have on board. Anything more than that produces dizziness within 3 days.
We actually use some of the 1stChineseHerbs powdered herbs (Japanese knotweed and houttuynia) as well as the WoodLandEssence tinctures. I love WoodLandEssence - they are a wonderful company.
For the Japanese knotweed/houttuynia powders, I bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil and then pour it into a cup containing my dosage of powders for the day. In my case this is 3/4 tsp of each (I am dosing at 1/4 tsp of each 3x daily). Cover (so the volatile oils don't escape) and let sit until cool. In one of his books Buhner explains how cooling though various temperatures allows different constituents to be extracted.
When cool, stir and before the contents settle, measure 1 and 1/4 oz into a shot glass. I add the tinctures we are using for that dose to the shot glass as well and then drink the whole thing down. This will give you 3 doses per day. I infuse new herbs every morning.
