facial pain

does anyone's else have the majority of their pain in their face? mine is a deep painful ache on both sides of my face and on the bridge of my nose. i've had it nonstop for almost a year now. it never lets up, but sometimes it get really bad - like tonight.

if so, do you have any over the counter or natural remedies that do anything?

I have tried that, back when it started. Alas, it is not tmj, it's from nerve pain. Some prescription meds for trigeminal neuralgia have worked in the past but they make all my other lyme symptoms worse, so I usually just live with the pain, but tears are streaming down my face tonight from the burning ache. Just killer. Ice cubes are my only respit.
