As I struggle to find a doctor that can help, I need to resolve my brain fog issues. Can anyone recommend any supplements that they know work for improving brain fog?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried Nutramedix's Pinella?

Here are the major ones:
Vinpocetine, Huperzine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Phosphatidyl Serine, and Phosphatidyl Choline.

I've been told that turmeric helps with brain issues. I'm taking it for that.

How much Turmeric? I've use it quite a bit in cooking and haven't noticed a different with the brain fog.
Thanks.

You can take Curcumin, but it gives me a herx.
I think turmeric is the main ingredient.
btw, the other ones are supplements, not pharmaceuticals.

Turmeric is for inflammation, which causes a lot of the fog. You gotta "put the fire out" to get rid of the fog- so I take a lot of Curcumin!

Is Curcumin antimicrobial?
