I've been on 20 drops each, 3 times a dy for a month with no results. No herx and no improvement. I'm thinking its a waste of money to reorder more.

Has anyone else had success with this? Is one month enough time to see results of some sort?

I wasted my time with those. No improvement or herx reaction whatsoever. The funny thing is that you look for a herx but when you get it you wish it wasn't so bad..at least some of them. That's the case now with me on monolaurin. Tough stuff to handle.

I take them about 30 mins apart.

I would think a month would be long enough to tell if they were helpful.

I also take Burbur and pinella and haven't noticed any help from them either.

What is monolaurin?

I didn't get any results with banderol or samento either. I did the full Cowden protocol for 2 months and didn't notice anything. I decided to start seeing an LLMD, and she said that if the herbs were going to work for me that I would have noticed some kind of change after taking them for two months, so...antibiotics...here I come!

Monolaurin is a fatty acid derived from coconut that kills most bacteria (but not good bacteria), lipid-coated viruses, yeast, etc. It's very potent and can cause a very severe herx if not done slowly due to how fast it kills off microbes. I find it stronger than any herb or even antibiotic I've tried. You can Google inspired nutrition Ultimate Monolaurin for more info on the Lyme protocol though I'm taking a different brand in capsule form.

I had some success taking them. I took them early on and yes I did get a herx from them.

Do you take them on an empty stomach? That is an important point.

I think I went through like 5 or 6 bottles of them early on. But I think I'm done with them. Overall I generally had more improvements using antibiotics.

Monolaurin is the fat that is in coconut. It is antibacterial antiviral. Pathogenic bacteria and viruses fall apart when monolaurin fat is incorporated into them.
