It gives me migraines, but no herx. I dont' take it bc of migraines.

It's support to help with adrenal (stress)...So no direct killing...so shouldn't be die-off

I supports stress level and emotional and mental well being. No herx at all and it works.

I am using whole herb powder. I don't think it matters. I bought money from mountain rose herbs in powder form
