B6 P5P - any recommendations?

We are using all methylated B's, not only methylB6 (P-5-P). Methylfolate and the others are important as well.

In addition to the above supplement, we also use 1000mcg sublingual methylB12 daily.

It is important not to oversupplement methylated vitamins. Over-methylation can be as harmful as under-methylation.

B6 (p5p) did wonders for my polyneuropathy (burning buzzing legs, numbnesx in toes, sharp needle pain). You can take too much if this and cause the exact symptoms, so listen to your body. If you take too much, you can counteract with some methyl b12,

Sorry, not sure about dosages that would be considered oversupplementation, but because everyone is impacted differently by these infections we all need to test tolerance by starting with low doses and increasing slowly and incrementally, perhaps once weekly.

This goes for herbal antimicrobial and detox supplementation as well.

I have The very worst neuropathy. It's by far the most painful part of all my symptoms. I also have MTHFR mutation. This past Thursday I bought three MIRACLE pills from amazon. Trust me I have tried sooooo many supplements for neuropathy, nothing helped, till I bought this...

Zeolite AV, Botanic yucca root, & L-ornithine.

My muscles are feeling better too.

I have been unable to find any other supplement that contains methylated versions of all of these B's together. Our LLMD recommended Swanson as a source for supplements, so I do not hesitate to use them.

IIRC I think all the B's need to be in methyl form, yes and a few other supplements as well. But my ND cautioned me to start slowly because not everyone reacts the same due to other biological conditions.

400 mcg 100% is a good low starter dose as recommended by LLMD and then ND wants to increase it over time.

And I've also read that the B12 is more effective injected into the muscle.

The Swanson Ultra rowing mom posted looks pretty good thought and then maybe you could do add-ons.

I felt good for a few weeks when starting the methylfolate and then it started making me sick so I had to back off and take it slow.
