To identify a good supplement, you must look at two major criteria:
- the number of live probiotics per dosage (should be AT LEAST 4 billion)
- the number of different probiotic strains the supplement contains (around a minimum of 9 is good)
Other criteria applies also, like the types of strains the supplement contains, how upfront the company is about
the contents of its product etc...
