Just started coffee enemas

So I just did my first coffee enema and let me tell you I was dreading it the entire morning. BUT....... it really wasn't bad at all. This was my first enema I have ever done and I will say that it was very easy.

I actually felt and heard my gallbladder releasing (squiriting) bile and this affect happened within 5 minutes. I will continue twice a day for a month and keep everyone updated but I have heard this Is the single most effective way of detoxing.

I can say already I highly recommend it.

Lymebarthhiker, were you happy with the equipment that you used? I looked at what Walgreens carries and it looked so cheap that I decided to wait for something that looks of better quality.

I also heard that latex bags are not good for enemas because the oils in the coffee can affect the latex.

I haven't felt the positive affects of it yet but I sure did feel my gallbladder release bile. You can actually hear it. Also it seemed to clean me out. I was anticipating a mess.and I did not have one at all.

I would not try this with a cheap enema bag. This kit wasn't crazy expensive and the enema tip when lubricated with coconut oil was not that uncomfortable. At first it is difficult but you just have to go slow and you will get it.

Once the enema is in try to hold.it for 15 minutes. I was able to hold for 13 then felt the urge to discharge the liquid so I did.

The kit I use has medical grade silicon tubing enema tips and a stainless steel enema bucket. I use organic coffee and grind it when needed. This has been shown to be one of the most useful things to do for liver detox.

I have success with this, too. Have felt like maybe I'm doing it more than I ought to (almost every day) but I really think it makes every day that I do one better.

They're not actually messy and are pretty easy to set up once you figure out your system.

So much cheaper than colonics and I feel like they are almost as effective or more effective because I find they are less disruptive to your body.
