I took tinidazole 3 days a week (at weekends) for three months (ending last month) and I often had really bad headaches while taking it and would feel groggy and tired and sleepy at the same time. Not every weekend though. Once I came off the tinidazole on the Monday, I would feel better. I was kind of hoping it maybe meant that the tinidazole was actually hitting something and that it might be a herx of some kind . . . ? That was the positive spin I liked to put on it anyway!
