If you check out the "New to Lyme" thread at the top of the board you'll find a lot of information to help you on your journey.
I know it sounds New-Agey to focus on detox, but there's a sound medical basis for doing so when fighting Lyme&Co.
The abx you take is killing bugs, the bugs release toxins when they die, and because of the disease we can have trouble clearing the toxins efficiently. This can cause increase in symptoms and some very rough times when being treated, and it tends to go in cycles since the bugs have a life cycle and they are killed off in waves.
I drink lots of lemon water with minerals to flush my kidneys and replace deficiencies, exercise/sauna to help the lymphatic system and skin, take hot baths or showers; simple things like that can help a LOT.
