What are you doing (Cowden/Jernigan/Buhner/etc), and do you feel it's working?

I would post a poll, but I want to know more than what are you guys doing. I would like to know if you feel it was the right choice and if it's making a difference. I'm having a lot of symptoms return and I'm not on anything at the moment. I need to decide which protocol to do and I'm leaning toward Cowden, but something is pulling me toward Jernigan. I just need a little extra encouragement to make the plunge into my next round of treatment.

I'm all natural - but I don't use any of the ones you mentioned. However this will bump this thread up for others to see.
