So my mom told me to do this....Never sent it to a lab, but there is logic to it.
Cabbage has lactobacillus (probiotics). When you juice it, you get it in a concentrated form... They grow on sugar...so you juice a little carrot as well...and then wait about a minute, as they grow...You get a multiplied natural probiotic supplement...then drink...My mom says the longer you wait, the tingyer it will taste - as the more cultures are in it...To me tastes the same. Don't know if it works, but sounds logical.
