I was quite intrigued to read some recent posts about xylitol to the extent it might help battle Lyme.
If anything, xylitol mints sounded like a promising alternative to artificial sweeteners with the bonus of preventing cavities while keeping the breath smelling fresh.
I was curious to know just what xylitol is - I suspected sugar alcohol due to the "-tol" ending.

Guess I'll stick with the certified organic "healthy mouthwash" I just ordered. So much for convenience lol
