I have a whole list of Lyme+co symptoms but the most debilitating one are the legs.It feels like I have hands around them squeeze ing like a vice.I can not stand nor walk very well at all.the more I try the more painfull and weak they become. Then my ankles feel totally fused.Does anyone else have this?

i have had something similar in the past and still occasionally do.
Epsom salt baths helped me. Start with just a few minutes and not a lot of salt then work your way up to a little more time and more salt. don't jump into it too quick.
My doctor also changed up my abx and I did Bicillin injections. this honestly helped me walk again! I would tell your doctor about
your symptoms.

I've had the same thing! Magnesium has helped me, good luck!

What is the dosage for the magnesium and how often or only occasionally do you take it?

Everyone will have a different amount of magnesium they require - always start off low and build up to the amount you need, and it needs to be taken daily as the body needs it daily.
Cairn - are you doing anything for inflammation? That could be a large part of the problem.

Turmeric and ginger will help a lot more for inflammation than magnesium, Calcium, and zinc.
