Zeolite - I took it 3x a day for 3 days, then went down to once a day (it recommends 1x a day on the container). I now only take it on occasion if I am feeling 'toxic'. Was headachy and lethargic the first few days taking it as it was binding toxins but still felt better nonetheless. This went away.
Lithium Orotate - 1 5mg pill 3x a day is what Dr. Marty Ross recommends. I took up to 6mg a day though when I felt that my neurotransmitters were really low (mental symptoms).
Zinc Piconolate - I would recommend 30mg a day to start. Could go to 50.
I would recommend starting with one thing and testing it out a week or so before adding the next so you can determine what affect, if any, it has and if good - continue on and add in the next item. I would start with Zeolite, add lithium, then the zinc.
Oh - Magnesium - at least 400mg (up to 800mg). That is something I continue to take as it is recommended in Lyme (as are zeolite, lithium and zinc). I should add that the Magnesium is to help protect the NMDA receptors that are over-activated by the over production of the ammonia byproduct from the Lyme infection which causes more mental symptoms. Magnesium 'shuts the gates' if you will that the ammonia has
opened wide on the receptors and thus calms the mind. Avoid Magnesium oxide as I is only 5% bioavailable to the body. I like Magnesium Malate because the Malic Acid in it soothes the muscles and helps the energy cycle in the body.
