Looking for LLMD in Toronto area

My friend's daughter is looking for a llmd in the Toronto area, if possible.

The LLMD in Buffalo NY is closest to Toronto, but many people from the TO area also see the one in Plattsburg NY.

Dr. Jozef Krop, a retired MD, is now practicing as a homeopath in the TO area. He uses alternative treatments.

I live in the area and was bitten by a tick last summer (I removed the tick and turned it in with my blood tests). My Dr said I tested positive for lyme. I listened to my Dr that 14 days of abx was enough (since I was just bitten and she showed me the CDC treatment guidelines). I was then retested just after the abx and told I was now negative.

I am now having medical issues that might be related (of course the current Drs don't want to even think about lyme and the treatment for this other condition would be very bad for me if I have Lyme or a co infection still active).

I'm wondering if one of you can send me the name of the LLMD in Buffalo so that I can get better/proper testing for lyme and co infections and a second opinion.

Also were you happy with them and would you reccomend them (even if they were't the only one available)

There is a family from Toronto here at Sponaugle. They were going to someone in CT and they were not able to get help there. I hope you are able to find someone!

I recommend NY state. A lot of Canadians go there.

Hi just as a suggestion... And knowing what I know now, I think Canadians are best off flying to BC to see LLNDs. I know there maybe some preference for LLMDs in the US, and if you have the cash then by all means go for it, but LLNDs in BC can prescribe the same medications including antibiotics, nystatin, LDN, etc... and medicines can be sent across Canada. It is much more affordable this way and rates are usually far less. My LLND treats across the country and has many patients from Ontario. He treats based on ILADs principles.
