You should be able to add in foods, but very slowly, and not everything, and not in unlimited quantities. You will have to listen to your body. One day I can tolerate something, the other not. I can tolerate some foods once a week, or twice, but not more. You learn to eat very pure and clean. And you will feel so much better.
When I'm on a holiday, not having stress, I can eat so much more.
I was truly discouraged when I saw my diet at first, but after 2 weeks, I was attached to it: no more diarrhea, loosing weight so quickly, no more intestinal cramping, my stomach was doing much better.
There is permanent and temporary Histamine Intolerance. I couldn't know what you are suffering from...
