Mom of 2—
I thought my MTHFR issues were fairly straightforward (hetero for 677 and 1298). But now I know differently. ;)
I posted a few things here about
more comprehensive MTHFR testing, which I recommend but if you're not up to testing, it's best to approach supplementation slowly and to be aware of the possible issues you may have:

I got my 23andme data interpreted at Amy Yasko's site. She specializes in juvenile autism research. She will give you a comprehensive list of supps, according to your mutations, which focus primarily on methylation. It's not exactly customized, it just provides the list of supps correlating to the specific mutation. One of the most commonly listed supplements (for each individual mutation) is called
"All in One General Vitamin" and this is the link she provides:

She also suggests a "basic methylation cycle support list" for me, which has about
a dozen items. This may be what her program suggests for everyone, or it may be me due to my numerous methylation mutations. But this is the recommendation, fyi—many of these are very expensive so I would look a little further into each of them to see if they would benefit you before jumping in. But in the least, I think she is providing a reliable source for supplements.
