Yes, Margaret, I do have a routine.
I *had* to come up with one....otherwise, some stuff just wasn't happening.
I juggle all the stuff you take with the exception of binders but the addition of thyroid meds (T3 twice/day and T4 at bedtime)
Today was one of "those" days (hectic/not enough hours in the day).....My afternoon ABX were taken 2 hours late. That meant the 2nd probiotic dose of the day got pushed out.
And, because the afternoon ABX dose includes my Dorxy (delayed-release doxy), I had to reschedule my PM magnesium dose.
Half of the lemon water I made this morning is still in my fridge......
The real killer for me is the 4 (yes, 4) pillminders I maintain.
One has individual boxes for each day....and the boxes are divided into AM/PM compartments. I keep my supplements in there and the thing is packed.
There's another one for my 11AM magnesium, methyl-B12 and nystatin. (the pillminders with 3 or more compartments aren't big enough for all the stuff I take lol)
I also have one for my ABX.....and the one I keep on my nightstand for my T4 and fish oil since I take those at bedtime.
And, even though it's not stored in a pillminder, I do maintain meds in one other place: my purse. That's where I keep a small qty of T3 in its prescript
ion bottle since I never know where I'll be for the 2PM dose. Sometimes, my 4PM ABX doses ride along :)
Yep, this Lyme thing is a full-time job lol
