Any good juicing recipes for lyme?

I didn't have the energy to do juicing everyday although I do make a veggie broth that I love.
Regarding juicing—I was a juice fiend for a few months when I started out with my lyme & co treatment. But I would frequently end up with diarrhea and headaches. There was so much going on at the time that it was tough to narrow this down but when I did some research, I learned that you can easily overdose on juices! I had no idea.
But, the point of juicing is to get concentrated vitamins and minerals and all the good stuff from many veggies/fruits into one concentrated drink. And that can overwhelm some people who cannot process that much all at one time (especially those of us with methylation and detox issues caused by DNA mutations). So, it was recommended that you drink no more than 8 oz per day.

I have juiced everyday for 4 months. I have seen some good changes in my health. It has helped my immune system immensely. There have been nasty cold/flu going around and I have yet to get it (my son even had a cold and never gave it to me). My husband says I'm the healthiest sick person he knows. Now if I could only get rid of the lyme and co!
As far as recipes go, I juice only veggies. The only time I will include fruit, is when I make dandelion juice, it's so bitter I like to add a green apple. There are a ton of recipes online, just make sure it's more veggie than fruit in the recipe. I also like to juice ginger, cilantro, parsley. You also want to make sure you switch your greens around, too much of one can cause some issues.

Dandelion is supposed to be great for detox, liver, skin , immune system(helps with killing fungi and microbes), kidneys and gallbladder. I don't juice it everyday. A good detox recipe is cilantro, ginger, dandelion, cucumber and lemon....you can also add half a green apple.
You can find a recipe for apat any ailment. I started juice beers because I read how they helped with getting rid/preventing ovarian cyst. Something I had in the past.

I juiced for a few months and saw some positive things, but not enough to continue long term. Even with a Norwalk, it took a lot of time.

I have been juicing daily now ever since New Years.
I think 1 avocado, and 1 lemon are the absolute essentials in daily juicing. I also usually use 1 apple and even put in the core which has the seeds. The seeds have many health benefits. Lemons, limes, avovados are excellent choices when you have lyme as there is close to no sugars in these fruits.
I put in my greens first which is arugula, kale, or spinach (I change it up on a daily basis), then I put in the avacado, mix, lemon (I put the lemon whole but cut off the parts of the skin when it went a little bad), and then the cut up apple. Finally I add something cold like frozen fruits but not much usually organic frozen berries or mango (I know sugar not good for lyme but I just add a bit).
I also put in some protein, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and protein mix. Then I add some of my tinctures like japanese knotweed.
And I get a nutritious and delicious product! I feel much better juicing daily.

Actually I just put the whole lemon right in but just cut it up into smaller peices so it all blends better. The skin and the yellow stuff between the skin and fruit actually have loads of health benefits.

I'm a big fan of juicing. When I'm unable to juice, my body misses and craves it.
Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, green apples, lemons, parsley, kale, etc. are all good things to start with. I also like to make a juice with a green apple, a beet, a lemon, and a lime. I think that's a really good one for detoxifying. I'm also a big fan of green smoothies.
