LOL! Happyjo! I have to always be careful of not emailing or answering questions when I get tired! Who knows what will come out of my mouth or from my brain when I'm tired!! That's why you don't often find me on here later on in the evenings - it's best if I stick to things that I don't have to think much!! LOL!
Can we include all of "cooking" on this list? Pretty please???
So last night, I had pulled meat from the freezer for dinner. I thought I had pulled out some pork chops, and had dinner all plotted out - but once the meat thawed, I discovered it was a very large chicken breast!!! Since there are two of us, we could have split it, but of course, my brain didn't go there!
So I panic - did I mention that I'm not good under pressure while I'm in Lymie land? What the heck am I going to do with just one chicken breast?!?! So I go through my online recipes and find sweet and sour chicken - cool! With a few adjustments, I can still make a nice dinner without blowing my diet all to heck!
It wasn't until I put the chicken bones and skin in the turn table where my mixing bowls and measuring cups go that I realized, I needed to back track a bit and make sure I hadn't done anything too "Lyme brained" !
Yup!! I did, besides the chicken in the turn table, I had put the gluten free flour in the frig, and the ketchup in the pantry, and a few other things.
So I would like to nominate all of "cooking" to this list!!!
