Try to see if you can find echinacea. My sister leaves in Europe and she is giving it to her daughter who was complaining about leg pains. She was bit by a tick a long time ago. She is now pain and symptom free and one of the brightest students in the country preparing for med school. I hear Echinacea augustifolia is better but she couldn't find it and she got the purpura instead, but it worked well. She gets it in a tincture from the pharmacy... I think you can find stuff in your country, but it takes a bit of work. Some plants are known by several names. For example, many people use Pinella:

You may not be able to find the product, but if you look at the description, it says: Pinella bark extract (Pimpinela anisum). Then if you still don't know what it is, you look it up and it is anise seed, which you can probably find, grind, and make an infusion or tincture yourself. And the seed is probably cheap, too.
