Advice on my treatment

I have been seeing an LLMD for about 7 months now. My treatment started with doxy 200 mg a day. then we added bactrum ds about 1 month after that. 2 months on that combo we added zithro 250mg per day. now my llmd added malarone to this combo. Sorry for the crappy post but does this sound like a good combo to be on?? i almost feel like i should be off the doxy by now.

WB: p41 present.
LLMD ran tests and showed IGM + anaplasmosis and mycoplasma



when this all started almost a year ago now i had all sorts of issues. Anxiety/panic, weakness, fatigue,dizziness,slight tremors, eye floaters,buzzing in fingers muscle twitching. These days i feel pretty good. fatigue is hit or miss but usually im ok, anxiety and panic is pretty much gone,dizziness is gone(thank god) tremors still creep back as does the vibrations,eye floaters never left but i dont expect them to, muscle twitching is still present. I feel like i have greatly improved but almost feel like im over medicated? like maybe i should go off the doxy for a bit?

Sometimes the meds make me feel worse, doxy and the malarone makes me so darn upset to my stomach these days.
