I'd continue the supps you're taking, with no additions for now. This is to "keep the playing field clean".
I'll explain.
One of the best ways to do this is 1.simply 2. in a way that lets you monitor for side effects of individual meds, so they can be withdrawn if you experience hard side effects without discontinuing the others.
So how's this for simple: no new supps unless prescribed; start your Ph...ine, Nystatin and probiotics for a week then start with Zithro, then add an antibiotic every 3-5 days till they're all on board and you're doing OK.
Divide your meds into two categories, with food/ without food, probiotics at least two hours after abx. Then organize into the simplest regimen possible.
I'm down to four med passes a day using this system. Besides simplicity, the other advantage is that you add items one at a time so you can stop one if it doesn't agree with you.
BTW, this goes for probiotics too. They can start quite a ruckus in your GI tract all by themselves, I know. I was farting so nasty my cat started avoiding me!
