astroman,
Thank you for your info. I've had mine for approximately 10 years. But, I'm no spring chicken anymore which is why I am uncertain about my energy expectations. All that makes no difference really, though because; I am sure we would both continue to search for ways to increase the energy.
I went the homeopathic route in treating the return symptoms of the Lyme that came on with a vengeance three years after the initial doses of antibiotics. My symptoms from then on were neurological. After trying my family doctor and a LLMD who took care of the yeast overgrowth problem I went with a PERL device from resonant light and a lot of supplements. I did a lot, and I mean a lot, of research on it. It helped up to a point. My life was 90% better but, I could not get the energy back, worse than now. I talked to a women who got rid of her lyme by using bee venom so, I tried that. It took my energy to another level. I was symptom free for a year with pretty darn normal energy. But, I did not stay up on any of it, the perl or the bee venom, and; the symptoms started to come back around Dec. of 2013. I was only having minor dizzy spells and these unexplained muscle injuries before I started the bee venom again but, it did not work like the first time. The perl is helping again but not like it did before, as well. I heard of a guy in Canada that used something called the Marshall Protocol. This is supposed to be the only part of the treatment puzzle that will cure victims, according to research I have done so far. He has gotten real good results from that including return of his energy supposedly. I am going to try to get a hold of him and talk. My current family doctor said he is open to doing it if I so choose. I will let you know how it turns out.
Thanks again for your help. Ironically, I posted on this website to help somebody else/give back for my good fortune for having a life again, because I was going down a very fast and frightening slope. It really sinks in just how much the brain does when it goes haywire. But, I am receiving a lot of good help myself and, I am grateful.
