So for zeolite - when I am feeling herx'y' - I would take 1 scoop between 1 to 3 times a day depending on the severity.
Epsom salt baths were as needed as well.
All the other supplements I take daily.
I should note that I do take other supplements - like vitamin c, probiotics, and b-vitamins but the supplements I listed here were supplements that I felt a significant change in my health for the better after giving them a 2-4 week trial of not adding any other supplements in so that I could see the direct effect of that particular supplement to my health. I was not taking any medications at the time I began these supplements because I did not know I was fighting lyme disease (and unknowingly had been for 3 years)!!! I was just treating my symptoms per my health research. The only one I added later was the zeolite.
I will note that the methyl form of B-12 is not recommended for me to take. I have COMT and VDR mutations in addition to MTHFR mutations and because of this my body has excess methyl groups in my body already. Because I need the 5-methylfolate - I have to take that in methyl form but to balance it out - I need to take large doses of hydroxyb-12 other wise I run into symptoms of overmethylation and they are not fun. The hyroxyb-12 can form methyl-b12 in the body by soaking up the excess methyl groups without giving symptoms of overmethylation. That was a mouthful huh?!!
Here is an article that is very informative on the idiosyncrasies of supplementing b-12 in light of genetic mutations (vdr-taq section explains):

Here is another forum discussing methyl vs. hydroxy b-12:
