Is that the kind of sauna you have? I was looking at one from Costco that had good user reviews and wasn't horribly expensive like some other brands. I'd love to get a sauna, but they are expensive!

Of all the things I have done to detox, the FIR sauna has been by far (no pun!) my greatest tool. I really would love to purchase one but can't seem to get my husband on board. Instead, I settle for a couple times a week at a spa that sells them.

I wish my daughter and I could use ours. I notice several of the newer ones don't have the panels all the way to the top like ours does, so maybe we would tolerate one like that better, but I won't be putting the money out on one again at this time. We do use our Biomats.
