Quick Vitamin C question

Great question. I'm interested in the answer too. How much C are you taking. Orally, IV or injection. ? Is it Ester C? My friends LLMD offers it IV or buy it OTC. In my own doc office he has signs of it by injection and I'm a sensitive stomach. Thanks for letting me know about your dosage amount and how many times a day and it's great to know you feel 'better' after taking it . I m new to all this, overwhelmed with info overload and even though I've read about herxing I don't understand the when's or how severe to be determined it is actually a herx or how long it lasts. Tbrown2. Thanks for the reply. All of my entries have been under the GERD heartburn section. I have a friend with Lymes and she asked me to help her so I typed it in the HW search engine and found your section. That is why I've been learning from your area. Never even heard about the illness. Trying to help her. Most recently went with her to LLMD visit . In fact it was your section where I asked for an lime doc resulting in this recent LLMD visit. We didn't even know there was such a thing. Pat.

I used to take maga doses of absorbic acid. 10-20 grams a day, not to mention IV vitamin C.

I switched to Camu Camu C (a natural source) and have lessened my dose to 2 grams a day with GREAT results. Natural sources of vitamins work better for me, so I cut supplements where I can substitute with food.
