I know there is already a thread on CBD oil but it is so long I couldn't find a straight answer, what is the best dosing to use for CBD oil?

Each brand has there own labeled direction for use. Can start out low and ramp higher from there once you know how's it's tolerated. What kind are you taking? Cibidex makes a great oil, my husband uses and likes it really well.

It is not any of the ones listed and I don't have it with me right now to see the name. I can't afford any of the ones online. A friend of mine sells it in their store and is giving it to me whole sale so I decided to add it since the price is very good. It is branded as an additive in a vaporizer but is still just CBD oil. It is just how they market it in their store because it is a way you can use it and is how most of their clients would use it but they said you can do drops under your tongue as well. I'm not sure how good it is or how it compares to the ones people have posted about. It doesn't say on the bottle how to dose it. I just started with one drop twice today and will go up from there I guess. The friend who gave it to me said it is good for anxiety and nervous system and that theirs is very potent and good. I trust them and know that they are very knowledgeable about this kind of thing so I'm curious to see how I respond. Already have responded well to the plant in the past for anxiety and depression so I can't see this being anything but good for me.

Anyone at all that's taken this if you could just let me know how you started and what doses you used would be helpful to have some info.

My LLMD has me on 50mg CBD daily. I jumped right into that but you might want to work your way up to whatever dose you end up at.
