Welp I think I started everything.
Probiotics in morning, 2 hrs before...
Samento & Banderol, starting with 2 drops each, 2x daily, before meals. Milk Thistle 300mg, 2x daily, also before meals.
Whole food supplements with food.
Serrapeptase (80,000 U) & Nattokinase (4,000 FU) between meals, 2x daily each. Bromelain also between meals, 500mg, 2x daily.
Also added a whole food supplement powder thing that I take twice a day. Saw "yazzer" recommend this one -- it's called "protein & greens."
I've done a lotta research and some believe those herbs w/ supplements can take the place of antibiotics, without the negative side effects. I guess I'll find out if it works for me. I'll probably end up rotating in the abx, at least flagyl, every once in a while.
