throat spasms?

I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten this before?
The last few weeks I've gotten this strange sensation in the back of my throat. You know that sensation of the back of the throat opening up wide, like just before you throw up? That is what I get, over and over again, for hours, and it alternates with it feeling like its closing up, but I don't ever throw up nor do I feel nauseous and it never fully closes. It is accompanied by a complete body buzz, I keep myself from a full anxiety attack but it is upsetting. I do a detox foot bath whenever it happens and sip lemon water, but I'm not sure that it's helping much.
I would appreciate any ones thoughts on this. :)

Yes actually, I've just started rubbing it and noticed that my right side is kind of swollen. I will look into the message, it sounds like a good idea.
