Thanks for the heads up on the inflammation! Maybe temporarily increasing your anti-inflammatories and doing light detox will help. I'm sure you're all over it!

That's great!

I have been on treatment for this recent relapse since March 2. I am at a plateau.

I am sure my llmd will want to make a change after 4 months. I am going to try your protocol. I am hoping for good results.

Denise, the link doesn't work for me, but I remember!! LOL! And yes, we really had a tendency to get goofy back then, and I try to remember to have fun on here now, as we all need a reason to smile or giggle - just a bit.
