Alot of people seem to like this guy Buhner /www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rij1wbH3jNk
I had followed some videos with Dr Jernigan on youtube (and bought his book which helped tremendously)
This was before i was aware of Buhner... I think it is a good idea to pick one of them to follow... to better understand what your dealing with.
Just a suggestion from another frustrated soul... Peace
Hmm are we supposed to do a protocol on our own? Or do we ask our doctor for help? Because I'm already taking abx
Thanks <3

Ariabear - it's normal to have doubt when we have these infections. The symptoms change, come and go...flare...etc.
I know it's difficult to be treating for a length of time and still feel ill...but lyme and co's are difficult to treat...and it's not a quick fix.
It does sound like your Dr. is on top of it though. The fact that he feels it's time to change treatment after treating lyme for 6 months, and evaluating your symptoms is good.
I think you should trust your Dr.
Keep coming back here with your questions...or to just get support.
Question: Are you doing enough detoxing?
Hi Girlie, I'm actually feeling a lot better compared to when I first started. I managed to go shopping by myself without feeling anxious a few days ago so that's good enough progress for me haha. The physical stuff like pain and twitching doesn't bother me that much but I'd like it to be completely gone in case it comes back.
My doc said he expected me to be done with treatment by 6 months since I wasn't sick for very long but it seems like we're going to continue! I trust my doc :)
No I'm definitely not detoxing enough. I drink lemon water with a bit of honey maybe 3 days a week, and I don't have a bathtub so I do epsom foot baths when I start to feel crappy. But then when it gets really bad I go to my boyfriend's place to take a bath there.
Thanks for the support! <3
