A few more q's:
1. Do you have any GI problems?
2. What is your diet?
3. Have you explored DNA mutations for methylation, detoxing and neurotransmitter issues?
Also, please note that if you're on Nystatin tablets, liquid or anything other than pure nystatin powder, you are likely not on a high enough dose. Now, this is only relevant if the depression is caused by y/f overgrowth.
So, if that is not an issue, I would recommend finding a good Naturopath who can do a saliva test for your neurotransmitters. Imbalances can be complicated but there are good supplements that can help you find a good balance for your specific needs.

I experience slight discomfort sometimes when I take the doxy, but for the most part my GI tract is alright.
I eat no sugar or processed foods, a good amount of veggies and am mostly gluten free. I used to be dairy free but i've eaten some dairy lately. I didnt notice my symptoms get worse when I started eating it.
I actually just mailed in my saliva for a 23 and me test...when I get the results, I plan on bringing them to a NP
