Bicillin injections question

I'm looking to see how long it took for anyone that has done or is currently doing the Bicillin injections to feel a herx or some other reactions.

I have been doing the injections for 3 weeks now and have not felt anything substantially different. One thing i could say is that it might be harder for me to sleep during the week.

I currently take 1,200,000 units per 2 ml. I do this twice a week.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Frank!

I did the Bicillin injections for several months, and unfortunately I did not feel any better throughout the course.

However, I did herx, I could not tolerate more than 1 shot of the 1.2 million per week, or I felt very sick.

I don't have the guidelines in front of me, but I think the recommended dose is 1.2 million 3 times a week? If you are not feeling anything positive or negative, I would ask your doctor about adding an additional dose.

Thanks for the feedback. As of now I have no response not even herxing. We'll have to see.

As I said, Frank, if you have no response, I would ask your doctor to up your dose.
