Looking for LLMD in Los Angeles

My daughter is a recent transplant to LA (after living 5 years in NYC). She is a 28-year-old who is suffering from a laundry list of symptoms including daily headaches, severe fatigue, hair loss, hormone imbalance, hot flashes, insomnia, nightmares, eye & tooth pain, anxiety & depression, and much more. After seeing multiple doctors in LA she is still without a diagnosis. The research we have done keeps leading us back to Lyme Disease. She is looking for a LLMD in LA. Insurance friendly would be fantastic but we are mostly focusing on finding a doctor who will work in partnership with the patient. Another option...she will be traveling to NYC on business and would be interested in LLMD recommendations in NYC as well. All suggestions are welcomed. Thank you!

Sorry your daughter has gotten the 'run-around' without a diagnosis.

You might want to take some time and read the thread at the top of the page titled: "New to Lyme?..Start Here!" - It's full of good information.

Thanks to the quick responses by members of this forum I am happy to report that my daughter has an appointment scheduled for Monday (6/22) with a highly recommended LLMD near LA (who takes her insurance). I will definitely keep the forum posted on my daughter's progress toward wellness. In addition to the support in finding a LLMD we have been thrilled with the information available through the Healing Well website (especially the "New to Lyme..." thread). Thank you so much!!!
