Or any idea for funding of there are any groups that help etc. very sick and want to get better asap

I'm sorry to say I don't know any LLMDs who take Medicaid. Hope you can find someone soon.

No need to be rude. I live in New York City so I was just trying to let you know. LLMDs do not often participate with insurance.
