Infared sauna, heavy metals chelation, Myers Cocktail, ion foot bath.

iv been doing IR saunas at my LLMD office once a week since april, at first it was hell and i didnt sweat and it was hard to tolerate the heat i would sleep for like 2 days after a 30 min treatment. I am currently able to handle the Sauna at 140F for a half hour fine and sweat a ton and feel fine afterwards. I herx every time i do it, not as bad as in the beginning

I was tested HIGH for lead, mercury, & aluminum. I did I.V chelation once weekly w/the add'tl drug added for mercury at every 3rd session...I retested only to reveal still HIGH however it was a provoked test. Unfortunately, the chelating agents also grabbed hold of vital minerals such as magnesium, which resulted IN MORE muscle pain so I had to switch from I.V chelating to pill form; I take HM chelate by Pure encapsulation.

I cannot tolerate heat therefore do not do the sauna

I have an IR sauna at my house - just a two person. I use it 3-4 nights a week at 140 for 30 min. I have been using it for 1 year. I have been off all ABX for 1 year as I was doing well and LLMD said I could stop meds after 3 years of treatment. I sweat a lot and love it. It has been the best way to detox. I also take bentonite clay each morning with tea, eat healthy, work out 6 days a week and drink lots of water with lemon. I feel like the sauna and everything else I am doing it the reason I am doing so well now.
I have never used an IR sauna during ABX treatment so I don't know about any additional herx.

Thanks so much Jessica and Summersun! This is what I have been waiting to hear! My husband has been encouraging me to get one. We have the place for it. But I have been down a lot of rabbit trails. I am currently back on antibiotics (since March 2) after a long stretch of "remission" I want to get where you are Jessica! I was there once. At this point, exercise would kill me.

This time I want to keep killing off the borrelia with sauna and High C etc. I have never tested positive for bacterial co infections (only the viral type: CMV HV6).

Also the bentonite Clay, It that for heavy metals, or detox in general?
