This is fascinating to me because I've tried regular epsom baths and they haven't done anything at all for me. I'm thinking that the added ritual/particulars probably help a lot? Is the effect supposed to be pronounced or more subtle?
From what I can figure out, it's all up to how well your body detoxes to begin with. I did a lot more than just the Epsom salt/peroxide soaks - my whole day was filled with either making or taking my protocol, eating or detoxing for 2 years straight. I did dry skin brushing, took activated charcoal, drank at least 64 ounces of lemon water a day, liver/gall bladder flushes, lymph massages, chlorella, and more.
