Sorry for this silly question...I'm just wondering about
the lemon water to help with detox. Is there anything more to it than squeezing some fresh lemon juice into a glass of water?

That's all I do. I always buy organic lemons for my water.
Advice: suck through a straw - otherwise you could be damaging the surface of your teeth.
My hygienist told me to not brush my teeth for an hour after drinking the lemon water...as it will do more damage.

That is what I do. I squeeze the juice and put into ice cube trays then put one cube ina glass of water.

I like to peel the lemon and throw it in the blender with a measured amount of water.
Then I strain the pulp and fill the bottles. I mix one whole lemon into two 16.9 oz bottles and keep a batch for a couple days ahead.

Thanks, Traveler. I'm sure many more silly questions will be on their way, especially since my healing journey is just beginning.
