Anyone else had these tests done? If so what were your numbers and what is the interpretation? Thank You!

Mikes44 - are there any reference ranges with the results?

Or..is it like the WB - any activity is indicative of lyme disease?

This means your T cells have been in contact with borrelia and that in the recent past
if you have<2 it i negative , if you have 2 or more it is positive
In other words you have lyme disease with your values
I myself had 2 4 0 respectively on this LTT elispot test and was diagnosed with late stage lyme didease

reference ranges are <2. I have a lyme literate naturopath, but its always good to hear other stories/opinions.

Jack dg that was a tremendous help, thank you. Just a side note to that, I have been taking various treatments for lyme for two years. I did the tinctures for 8 months but after a few months, seemed to not do much. I then went on Ceftin and low dose Naltrexone for 3 months. I had the Armin labs test done after that and scored 2 2 0. Naturopath figured it was working, but took me off all abx to 'take a rest'. Took the test 2 months later and scored 4 3 2. He has now put me on a much more powerful course of abx, and if not successful, onto I/v abx. Sound like a good plan? All responses are greatly welcomed!!!

Personally, I would give the orals a chance - not just a month or two...it can take a while before symptoms start to resolve.

For antibiotics - you should be on two at the same time...start with one...and then add another..

Don't forget to detox! With 3 antibiotics - that's a lot of killing going on...and the resulting die-off could produce quite a herx.

And...also - probiotics are very important.

I have warm epsom salt baths - minimum every other day.
I dry-brush my skin before the baths
I do light exercise just about daily.
I drink approx. 8 glasses of water daily; squeeze lemon juice into a couple glasses.
I take activated charcoal a few times a week - I should be taking it daily...
I take Nutramedix Pinella and Burbur when I'm herxing or flaring - usually daily.
I eat a healthy diet - strive for no sugar, no gluten, no alcohol and limited dairy.
Limit stress -
Get lots of sleep.

Thank you for that. Doing almost all of that, will look into the activated charcoal. I bathe in Dead Sea salt, really helps the aching muscles and would highly recommend. Go to a website called 'Cleopatra's Choice', they sell it in 20 pound bags for around $50.
