Also, in regards to constipation as Sick5 mentioned (there's really no good segue for that, lol), I take magnesium citrate. It's a good brand - no gluten, sugar, additives, etc. Is that a good option? Is there something that anyone else would recommend?

I had to learn so very much in order to be able to direct my own treatments, and then in order to better help people in this community of ours, I would look up things all the time for them and learned so much more! So there's no way I'm keeping all of that info to myself!! It's all out there, the trick is knowing how to find it, and I've had a lot of help along the way.
