I'm glad you're seeing some improvements, drummingdad, really. It's nice to hear some good, amidst all the bad.
Your question, how long? Well, to put it simply, however long it takes.
To get a bit more detailed, while I'm no expert, and I'll say that time and time again, I've actually been doing quite a bit of reading these past couple days, looking through old posts (mainly here, but a couple other forums as well), and, at least regarding Bart, I've seen anything from 6 months + 2 months after disappearance of symptoms, just to be sure it's gone, to as high as 12, 14, even 18 months.
Really, it depends on the protocol, the treatment methods used, herbal or otherwise, any accompanying ailments, and the individual.
Noticing improvements, a good sign, yes.. of course. 100% a sign of good things to come? Not necessarily.
I've seen improvements. They didn't last. I'm no better than I was a year, and a few thousand dollars, ago.
To be realistic, I'd say that improvements are good signs that there's a POSSIBILITY that more could be to come.
I'm confident that we could all heal, if we had all the right answers and access to fit our (often unique) needs. The problem is finding those answers, getting that access.
edit: I pray that more good IS to come for you, that your efforts are enough, that you DO continue to see consistent growth. I want that for you, for good health to be a short time away.
Best wishes.
