The internist being dismissive of the Igx, yet doing another, perhaps less sensitive test does not add up. Is your doctor ILADS endorsed? Did your Igx test show Lyme specific bands?
And Bart does seem to be a culprit with the heart. If you were to have additional testing specific to this, it sounds like the U.S. Galaxy lab is on the pulse, so to speak.
I mentioned elsewhere, prompted by another poster here, but a great book I just finished reading, "Gone in a Heartbeat" i would recommend to anyone going through odd symptoms & heart problems. It is a memoir written by a doc, an oncologist who became a very sick heart patient, searching for answers.
This doctor turned patient knew somethimg was wrong that conventional medicine was not finding. His hunch kept bringing him back to LD, but several Lyme tests came back negative. He later did find he had Lyme.
