I was, still am, in the same spot. I've always been on the skinny side, but slowly dipped from about 160 to a little less than 120 lbs, over the course of a year. Cut out stuff, due to Lyme, then candida, and an ever growing list of food sensitivities. I'm down to chicken, fish occasionally, some veggies, very few fruits, and a couple of the healthy oils - olive, coconut.
I get most of my calories from fat, which probably isn't a good thing, in some rights, since I know I'm overshooting the daily recommended intake of fat, and I'm pretty sure too much fat can be detrimental.
But, I mean, like I've said elsewhere, tired of being rail thin, slowly starving to death. I can't find any carbs that are safe for me to eat anymore (I used to live off of beans and brown rice - miss them dearly), so.. fat it is.
I don't know what the deal is - candida/mold, leaky gut, thyroid/adrenal, or just one of the infections, but it sucks, yeah. Though, money definitely comes into play. There are quite a few things I'd like to TRY, but.. hard paying 5 - 10 for something that's gonna last one meal. lols
Eat what you can - not junk, of course, healthy options, but, if there are options out there that are otherwise fairly tolerable for you, I'd go with it.
Can't hope to heal, or even try, anyway, if your body is dying on ya.
