Alka seltzer gold?

Hi, so is alka seltzer gold something u can just pick up at a shoppers type pharmacy, as in just off shelf...I saw someone mentioned ordering it...and is it good for herxing pain...?

I absolutely love Alka Seltzer Gold. It really tames a herx. I've actually started taking it twice daily after reading about the recommendation another member received from her LLMD. Life is definitely better doing that ;)

You have to buy the stuff online. I get mine on Amazon.

I think we have all found it online. It helps with herxing and it helps alkalize your stomach. It's an inexpensive wonder tool.

I love It!!!!! I am drinking some cranberry juice with it in it right now. I do it every morning and in the afternoon. It really helps with my headaches!

What is it (besides Alka Selzter) and what is it supposed to do or help? I've seen it mentioned a few times and wonderded.

According to Dr. S in "The Lyme Disease Solution", Alka Seltzer Gold alkalizes the body which helps to offset the acidity caused by Lyme.

This helps with herxes.
