As Girlie said, it's best to NOT start them all at once. Start with the Japanese Knotweed at low doses - one drop per day, taken in the a.m. Keep taking that daily until you can get the herx - if you have one- under control, then raise the dose by one drop and take the second drop in the p.m. Don't increase the dose until you get the herx - if there is one- under control. Next raise the am dose by one drop - hold until you get any herxing under control and then increase the pm dose by one drop and holding at that dose until any herxing is brought under control and so on.
After getting about 3 - 5 drops am & pm started going smoothly, start on Cat's claw in the same manner.
And keep adding the other herbs needed, one at a time (that way if you react badly to one of them, you know which one is the offender immediately) until they are all added in and then continue raising the doses, one herb at a time, until full doses are reached. You will be killing off the bacteria even at the lower doses, which is why you wait until you have the herxing under control after the addition of each herb or increase in dose.
I've gotten multiple herx effects (I think) within just a few days from starting the herbs. It seems like some of my symptoms are popping up again...
More frequent heart palpitations
Whole Body is sore, particularly my knees
Headaches/Neck Aches
Stuffy Nose/Sore Throat
Thats from 4 days on Cat's Claw and Resveratrol.
