I would like to find a good worksheet/checklist that I can print out to help me track my symptoms each day and meds I took that day. Anyone know of a good site I can download one from? I've googled it and can't find a good lyme one. Let me say ~ I am not very computer savvy even without the neuro issues these infections are causing. But add the infection symptoms and you can probably guess just how computer illiterate I am now. Lol!! Any suggests of where to find one would be very much appreciated!

Pixie - I know rowingmom (forum member) had one that she shared with others on here...I'm thinking it may have been put into the "New to Lyme?..." thread.

I will have a look in there.

You're welcome Pixie - now, does it look like something you will be able to manage? (re: not being computer savvy?)

I haven't used it yet, so not sure how difficult it will be following the instructions to download onto your computer.

There are several that you can use, the one that Girlie suggested, online ones just for Lyme patients, and there are some smart phone apps that you can get as well (some free, some not). If you or anyone else wishes to know what those are, I'll be happy to list the ones that I have learned about! Just ask. :-)

LOL! I just used a calendar to track my worst symptoms. For me tracking symptoms made me think of them all day long as they changed throughout the day, every day - and I was even more miserable.

I did however try to use this online one: /tbijournal.com/default.aspx

lol, Trav! Same for me. I stopped tracking for a few months...because I was rating them three times a day...as mine fluctuate all day long, too. And, I found myself being focussed on my symptoms...which wasn't a good thing.

I'm thinking I may start again...and see how it compares.

Just a warning about smart phones apps. We all just click through on the "Terms and Conditions" but don't realize that it can include a notification that they own any data you put into the app.

This means they can sell it and some so. I remember looking for a good app and one app was up front but posed it as using the data for scientific research. The information they collect includes your email.

Another app that collects your information is FitBit. They definitely sell your data. I recall a news story when that came to light. My husband had sent me a link to join him in getting more exercise, but that would link his data with my data making it available. I was enjoying my fitbit up until then I found out they sell the data.

Basically, we are trying to help ourselves by tracking the data and in the end that data could be used against us. A quick look at rowing mom's spread sheet looks great. The apps get you by offering to compare different things using graphs which can be easier to read, but it's not worth giving anyone your data.

I use google calendar which is easy and free. But then I am not a smart phone person so I had to buy a daily planner that fit in my purse. It is big enough to jot down symptoms, appointments and so is the calendar. The calendar is handy so hubby can log on and see who has a birthday or where I am going on that day.

I also printed out the symptoms list and dated it and underlined my symptoms and then file it away. Now I have a reference if I had the symptom before or not.
